Things quickly go wrong, and the authorities arrest Sarah and Parkman on weapons charges. Their arrest came to the attention of Canadian military officials who arranged Sarah's release. They want to know how Sarah acquired the MATADOR, even though she had nothing to do with it. The Canadian military isn't the only one interested in MATADOR. Highly trained ex-special forces want their weapons back. And Sarah Roberts can't tell the good guys from the bad guys or why they all seem to think she has their weapons. In a fight to stay alive, Sarah goes on The Hunt to uncover the people who put a bullseye on her back while over a dozen mercenaries and armed ex-military types are hunting her.
