ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Rebecca Thomas is the Head of the Employment Team at 42BR Barristers. Rebecca specialises in all areas of Employment Law, with a particular interest in discrimination law, developed during her time on the panel for the Equal Opportunities Commission. She is experienced in dealing with complex aspects of discrimination law such as indirect discrimination, maternity and equal pay.
