Simon Greenberg is Deputy Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. He also lectures at the Institute of Political Science of Paris (Sciences Po) and at the University of Aix-Marseille. Simon previously practised international arbitration with firms in Paris and Australia and was formerly the Deputy Secretary General of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, first Secretary to the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group and a founding committee member of the Australasian Forum for International Arbitration.
Christopher Kee is Adjunet Professor at the City University of Hong Kong, Honorary Fellow of Deakin University Law School, Melbourne, and Senior Researcher on the Global Sales Law Project, Universitat Basel, Switzerland. Christopher currently represents the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group at UNCITRAL and Working Group II meetings, and has served as a Co-Chair of the Australasian Forum for International Arbitration.
Romesh Weeramantry is Associate Professor at the City University of Hong Kong. He has designed and taught courses on international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration at a number of universities in the Asia-Pacific region. Romesh has worked at the Iran-US Claims Tribunal and at the United Nations Compensation Commission and has practised international commercial arbitration at a firm in Geneva. He was a founding Co-Chair of the Australasian Forum for International Arbitration.
