A New Shoah: The Untold Story of Israel's Victims to Terrorism

Every day in Israel memorials are held for people killed simply because they are Jews condemned by the fury of Islamic fundamentalism. This book, which is the result of four years of investigation, is the first extensive story of Israeli victims of terrorism. It is the unheard oral history of the Middle Eastern conflict from the Jewish victims’ point of view.

Ten years ago Palestinian terrorist groups launched the “Second Intifada,” resulting in this “Israel Ground Zero” with 1,700 civilian victims. In A New Shoah, Author Giulio Meotti speaks to Israeli families destroyed by hundreds of attacks day after day, bus after bus, in cafés, kibbutzim, restaurants, and religious shrines. Many of the survivors told their incredible stories for the first time since the killing of their relatives. In these human fragments lie the raison d'être of the State of Israel, the first country in the world to experience suicide bombings and jihadi nihilism.
