作者簡介
Maria Cruz-Saco, PhD is Professor of Economics at Connecticut College. She has been a frequent consultant to the Inter American Development Bank and the US Agency for International Development regarding social security, pension, and insurance programs in Guatemala and Peru.
Sergei Zelenev is an international expert on social policy and a former head of the Social Integration Branch in the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN/DESA). He has written widely in the areas of social policy, social inclusion, economic development, ageing, and family and directed numerous UN/DESA studies on key policy issues.
