作者簡介
Adrian Sargeant is the Robert F. Hartsook Professor of Fundraising at Indiana University - Purdue University, USA. He also holds positions at Bristol Business School, UK and Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
Elaine Jay is a specialist in individual fundraising with over 18 years of experience. She has worked with a number of UK charities, including the RSPCA, as well as with Amherst Direct Marketing, WWAV Rapp Collins and Personal Fundraising Partnership. She has worked as a consultant for the past six years.
