Aimed at focus group practitioners, scholars, and undergraduate and graduate students, this volume consists of an annotated listing of focus group studies and research from 1997 to 2006 in the arts and humanities, social sciences, and nonmedical sciences, as well as general methodology. Sources include books, articles, guides, handbooks, reference works, textbooks, and pamphlets in English that are available in libraries or online. The book is the first of two volumes; the second will cover medical and health sciences sources. Book reviews, conference proceedings, critical works, editorials and opinion pieces, internet resources, letters, theses and dissertations, newspaper articles, and mass-market periodicals are excluded.
