作者簡介
Anni Townend is a business psychologist who works facilitating individuals, teams and organizations to become more effective in their work performance and mediating between individuals in order to resolve conflicts. She has developed a Corporate OmbudsService for the investment bank UBS, worked as an Associate of Henley Management College and a Senior Associate of Cambridge Management Centres. Her clients include Barclays, Greenpeace, UBS, Unilever, Woolworths and WWF.
