作者簡介
DAVID ZINCZENKO, editor-in-chief of Men’s Health magazine, has written op-ed pieces for the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and USA Today and has made many guest appearances on Good Morning America, the Today show, CNN, and Primetime Live, often talking about relationships. In 2003, People magazine named him one of the "50 Most Eligible Bachelors." He divides his time between Allentown, Pennsylvania, and New York City.
TED SPIKER, an assistant professor of journalism at the University of Florida, is a contributing editor to Men’s Health. His work has appeared in Fortune; O, the Oprah Magazine; InStyle; Sports Illustrated Women; and Adventure Sports. He lives in Gainesville, Florida.
