Corporate Environmental Management Information Systems: Advancements and Trends

A special kind of information system was developed as companies came under increasing public and government pressure to clean up their own messes rather than dump them for someone else to deal with. Over the past couple of decades, such systems have evolved, becoming more efficient and effective, and better harmonized with other company systems. Specialists from around the world look at new and emerging ideas and methods, emphasizing corporations--the business structure that most encourages irresponsibility.
