Digital Information: Order or Anarchy?

Seven chapters, presented by Woodward (university librarian and director of the university press at Cranfield U., UK) and Estelle (chief executive officer, JISC Collections, "which manages national negotiation for access to a broad array of intellectual property on behalf of the UK academic community"), explore the possible impact of information technology on scholarly communication.
