Simon Marsden is an Associate Professor at Flinders Law School in Australia, previously at the Faculty of Law, Chinese University of Hong Kong (2007-2010). Timo Koivurova is Research Professor and Director of the Northern Institute for Environmental and Minority Law, Arctic Centre, University of Lapland in Finland.
