Quantum Bio-Informatics IV

The conference seeks to build bridges across mathematics, physics, information, and life sciences in search of a new paradigm for information science and life science based on quantum theory. The 37 papers examine such topics as quantum uncertainty and decision making in game theory, self-collapses of quantum systems and brain activities, entangled effects of two consecutive pairs in residues and their use in alignment, sufficient algebraic conditions for identifying quantum states, phase transitions in quantum Markov chains on Cayley trees, the electron reservoir hypothesis for two-dimensional electrons, and predicting botulinum toxin structure based on in silico and in vitro analysis.
