Denis Tillinac is the author of numerous works including La Corrèze et le Zambèze (1990), Maisons de Famille (1987), and Spleen en Corrèze (1985). In this delightful book Tillinac shares with the reader his love of Paris, evoking the districts that recall the geography of his life from childhood and adolescence to adult writer and journalist.

In his studio on the Left Bank, André Renoux has always painted Paris, inspired by images of the city he remembers from his walks around the many different arrondissements. From Montmartre to the Latin Quarter via the Marais, Renoux's street scenes remind us of the disappearing fabric of Paris, and preserve the urban dream of a city full of surprises. An internationally acclaimed artist, Renoux's work has been exhibited in many cities in Europe, the USA, and Australia.
