Systemic Implications of Transatlantic Regulatory Cooperation and Competition

Taken from an eponymous conference held at the U. of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, held in May of 2008, this interdisciplinary collection of papers addresses issues of transatlantic cooperation (and competition) on economic regulatory matters between the European Union and the United States. Editors Evenett (U. of St. Gallen, Switzerland) and Stern (U. of Michigan, US) present nine papers written by contributors from both sides of the Atlantic, representing perspectives from different sectors of the economy and from different disciplines.
