漢英文化讀本（簡體書）

呂家林，1958年生，貴陽人。貴陽學院中文系教授。出版過著作《中國古代優秀詩文背誦與默寫》和《古詩文鑒賞與人格修養》，參編過兩部教材《中國歷代文學作品選》第一分冊和第四分冊，發表過論文《為什么說＜祭十二郎文＞是“千年絕調”》、《先秦法家德育思想存在論》、《雕琢與隱喻》、《永遠的民歌》等二十篇。
楊山青，1958年生，重慶人。貴陽學院外語系教授，副系主任，貴州省翻譯協會副會長。學術研究方向為翻譯與文化。目前主持國家社科基金項目《旅游資料民族民間文化元素翻譯研究》，主持并完成貴州省教育廳高校人文社科項目《實用英漢翻譯教學內容轉型的探索》，已出版專著《實用文體英漢翻譯》，發表譯著三部及學術論文十幾篇。

《漢英文化讀本》選取從先秦到近代的名言警句、著名的詩章和最優秀的散文名篇（短篇），也就是比較能夠反映中華文化色又最為通俗較為熟悉的內容。《漢英文化讀本》既能夠滿足學習英語的人了解中華文化的基本需要，也能夠滿足具有一定古典文學知識的人比較系統地進一步認識母語文化特色和提升英語翻譯水平的需要。

An Autumn Night in the Mountains
The green mountains are quite clean after raining,and it is very cool in the autumn evening．The pine forests cast a mottled shadow in the moonlight,while the clear spring flows quietly on the stone bed．From the bamboo grove comes out the voice and laughter of the washing girls who are returning home．The lotus seed pods are waving when the fishing boat is launched to fish．Let the flowers go with the spring,and I would like to wander about unhurriedly and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the autumn．
Abatis
Nobody could be found in the spacious mountain,but I still heard the voice of humans resounding．The after-glow of the sun shed through the thick woods and finally reached the green moss on the ground．
