TOSHIHISA TOYODA is Professor of Economics at Hiroshima Shudo University, Japan, and Professor Emeritus at Kobe University, Japan.From 2005-2008 he held the position ofPresident of the Japan Society for International Development (JASID).
JUN NISHIKAWA is Professor Emeritus at Waseda University, Japan, andhas been President of the Japan Society for International Development (JASID) since 2008.
HIROSHI KAN SATO is Professor of Development Sociology at the Institute of Developing Economies (IDE-JETRO) Japan, and held the position of Vice-President of JASID from 2002-2008.
