JAMES CONNELLY Professor of Political Theory, Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Hull, UK. He has published extensively on the work of R.G. Collingwood. His other publications include Politics and the Environment: From Theory to Practice (3rd edition, with Graham Smith, David Benson and Clare Saunders, 2011). His edited works include The European Union as a Leader in Climate Change Policy (with Rudi Wurzel 2011), The Legacy of Leo Strauss (with Tony Burns, 2010) Anglo-American Idealism: Thinkers and Ideas (with Stamatoula Panagakou, 2010) and Ethics Education for Irregular War (with P. Robinson and D. Carrick, 2009).
