Games and Dynamic Games

Appropriate for a two-semester course, this text is for graduate students in economics, management science, engineering, and operations research. It has been carefully prepared to be self-contained. Background in classical game theory is presented as needed for understanding dynamic games, which are distinguished by their treatment of the strategic interaction between players (e.g. individuals, firms, countries) over time. The text is designed to include key ideas and tools, to contain convincing applications, a nd to be mathematically rigorous, yet accessible. This is the first volume in a series whose title indicates a collaboration between World Scientific and now publishers titled "World Scientific--Now Publishers Series in Business."
