In the most complete list to date, he identifies persons (some pictured) believed to be among "Weld's Seventy" and discusses their backgrounds, views of slavery in their own words, and contributions. Anti-slavery songs and poems, correspondence, reminiscences, tributes, the Society's Constitution, and a list of its officers are appended.
