This work compiles entries on film and TV treatments of the Sasquatch/Bigfoot/Yeti legend from the beginnings of film history to the present, plus entries on TV shows and films that influenced Bigfoot movies or contained characters resembling Bigfoot. After a foreword by a cryptozoologist, part 1 contains an essay on 'cine du Sasquatch' as a genre convention. Part 2 offers alphabetical entries on films and TV shows with entries describing plots and analyzing influences. Part 3 contains interviews with directors and filmmakers.
