Jan Ritchie is Associate Professor in the School of Public Health and Community Medicine, University of New South Wales and Regional Director (South Western Pacific) of the International Union for Health Promotion and Education. Mardie Townsend is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Health and Social Development, Deakin University, with a research interest in environmental amenity and health.
