作者簡介
David Lewis is Professor of Employment Law at Middlesex University School of Law. He has written specialist and general books in the area and has published articles in several countries. David has considerable experience as a consultant and is on the ACAS panel of unfair dismissal arbitrators.
Malcolm Sargeant is Professor of Labour Law at Middlesex University Business School. He has published widely on employment law and discrimination law and is Joint Managing Editor of the E-Journal of International and Comparative Labour Studies.
