(A receptionist of Sunfield Hotel is booking a room for a guest, Ms.Ryefield.)
(R=Receptionist G=Ms.Ryefield)
R: Good afternoon, Sunfield Hotel. May I help you?
G: Yes.Id like to book a room, please.
R: Certainly.When for, madam?
G: March 23rd.
R: How long will you be staying?
G: Three nights.
R: What kind of room would you like, madam?
G: Er ...what kinds of rooms do you have then?
R: We have single rooms, double rooms, TWB, junior suite, deluxe suite, executive suite, presidential suite. Which would you like, madam?
G: OK, a double with bath. Id appreciate it if you could arrange me a room with a view over the lake.
R: Certainly, madam. Ill check if there is a room available at that time ... Sorry to have kept you waiting.We do have a room on the 4th floor with a really splendid view.
G: Great. How much is the charge per night?
R: Would you like breakfast?
G: No, thanks.
