JUDITH H. KATZ is a member of the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) Dean’s Leadership Council. She has also served on the boards of The Group for Cultural Documentation, NTL Institute, and The Social Venture Network, where she was Vice Chair. Since 1985, she has partnered with Frederick A. Miller as Executive Vice President of The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc., recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the ?Seven Small Jewels” of Management Consulting. She has consulted to many of the most progressive organizations in the world, including Merck, Eileen Fisher, Wild Planet Toys, Cummins Engine Company, Toyota, DuPont, The MacArthur Foundation and the Social Venture Network.
FREDERICK A. MILLER has been involved in the field of Organization Development and Strategic Culture Change since 1972. He became a partner in The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group in 1979, and has been CEO since 1985. He has worked with CEOs and senior level executives from such companies as Merck, Apple, Mobil, DuPont, Toyota, Eileen Fisher, Wild Planet Toys, United Airlines, as well as the MacArthur Foundation and the City of San Diego. He is the recipient of many awards, most recently the Service to the OD Network award, which was renamed in his honor.
