Six volumes comprise this second part of the Early American Economic Thought collection, which itself is composed of three chronologically organized parts covering the early colonial period through to 1900. The present set begins with the Revolution and continues through the Civil War. Reproduced in facsimile from collections at some 20 academic libraries, many of the articles are rare and difficult to locate, making this set particularly appealing to historians and economists tired of the pursuit of such primary documents.
