Background Information
1.Chester Krone：切斯特·克勞恩（1935-），美國作家，出版過United States of America、Background to New York、Background to London、The World of the Dolphin等著作。
2.Broadway：百老匯，指紐約市以巴特里公園為起點，由南向北縱貫曼哈頓島，全長25公里的一條長街。百老匯大街44街至53街上的劇院稱為內百老匯，百老匯大街41街和56街上的劇院稱為外百老匯。內百老匯上演的是經典的、熱門的、商業化的劇目，外百老匯演出的是一些實驗性的、還沒有名氣的、低成本的劇目。近年來這種區分越來越淡化，于是又出現了“外外百老匯”，其觀點更新穎、更先鋒。
3.Times Square：紐約時報廣場，原名“朗埃克廣場”（Longacre Square），又稱為“世界的十字路口”，常誤譯為“時代廣場”。時報廣場得名于《紐約時報》早期在此設立的總部大樓，是紐約劇院最密集的區域和繁盛的娛樂及購物中心。
