It lists about 45,000 companies in all sectors, including finished goods and ingredient manufacturers, equipment, and third party logistics providers (transportation, warehousing, wholesalers, brokers, importers, and exporters). The first volume contains a product category list and short profiles of about 13,000 food, beverage, and ingredient manufacturers in various categories, with companies listed alphabetically by product category, followed by an alphabetical list of companies with expanded profiles that include contact information, key executives, and company data, such as estimated annual sales, number of employees, markets served, and brands produced. The second volume covers about 13,000 equipment, supply, and service providers by product, along with profiles with contact information and company data, and a product category list. The third volume has sections for third party logistics providers, with company profiles in alphabetical order. Indexes (split between volumes) are by geographic region, product or company type, brand, company, ethnic food, parent company, broker market, brokered product, export and import region, transportation region and type, warehouse region and type and service, wholesale product type, and all brands and companies.
