It includes the Institute's annual general report, covering developments of 2006-07, followed by eight special reports on the development of the National People's Congress, predictions on the development and direction of legislation, criminal justice reform, responses to administrative review and administrative law suits, the development of administrative action and state compensation, judicial reform and development, and protection of human rights.
