葛云鋒，男，山東沂水人，1979年出生，外國語言學及應用語言學博士。
2001年山東師范大學外國語學院英語系本科畢業，2004年廣東外語外貿大學碩士畢業，2010年開始在廣東外語外貿大學攻讀博士學位，并于2013年獲得博士學位。現為山東師范大學外國語學院英語系教師，主要研究方向為語篇分析、法律語言學和外語教學。

葛云鋒編著的《法庭問話中的信息獲取研究：語篇信息處理視角》的主要貢獻在于，從語篇信息處理的視角對法庭問話中的信息獲取過程進行了研究，揭示了問話人如何通過話題控制獲取需要的信息，即問話人如何對答話人的反應進行信息處理并通過控制問話話題獲取所需信息。通過對真實語料的分析，本研究驗證了所構建的“谷倉模型”分析框架的有效性與實用性。該模型整合了“法律語篇樹狀信息結構模式”有關語篇信息的最新研究成果，將語篇信息處理作為法庭問話的主要特征，深化了有關庭審中信息獲取的理論研究，擴展了語篇信息理論的應用范圍。本研究將有助于提高司法實踐的效率，并為我國當前進行的司法改革提供語言學層面的參考。
