作者簡介
Steve Arneson is the founder of Arneson Leadership Consulting, which provides executive talent management, coaching, and leadership development solutions to corporations and nonprofit organizations. He was named one of America’s Top 100 thought leaders and one of the country’s Top 25 leadership coaches by Leadership Excellence magazine. He also writes a national blog for the Conference Board. Previously, he served as the head of learning, leadership development, and talent management at five Fortune 300 companies: Capital One, AOL, Time Warner Cable, and divisions of Yum! Brands and PepsiCo.
