作者簡介
Dr. William J. Lahneman is an associate professor of Homeland Security at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida. He has held academic positions as Associate Director for Programs at the University of Maryland’s Center for International and Security Studies (CISSM) and as Associate Chair of the Political Science Department at the U.S. Naval Academy. He is a former U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer with specializations in strategic planning, international negotiations, and nuclear propulsion. Recent publications include Keeping U.S Intelligence Effective: The Need for a Revolution in Intelligence Affairs (Scarecrow Press, 2011).
Dr. Ruben Arcos is professor of Communication Sciences at Rey Juan Carlos University (Madrid, Spain), professor and researcher at the Chair Intelligence Services and Democratic Systems and coordinator of the MA in Intelligence Analysis. Dr. Arcos is the author The logic of the cultural exception, Madrid: Catedra, 2010 and coeditor of Intelligence as a Scientific Discipline, Madrid: Ministerio de Defensa; Plaza y Valdes, 2010.
