Joyce Slayton Mitchell has served 17 years as the Director of College Advising at the Nightingale Bamford School in New York City. She currently has a consultancy at the North London Collegiate School Jeju, ROK. She writes a college advice column in the Hardwick Gazette (Vermont), and in the China Daily’s teen edition, 21st Century, for Mainland China’s national school students.
