Human Rights in Changing Times

Dr. Gyan P. Agarwal has recently retired as the Principal of Shyam Lal College (Evening), University of Delhi, India. An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi (1967), he has several books and research papers published in different journals of national and international repute to his credit. Dr. Sunil K. Choudhary has been teaching Political Science at the University of Delhi, India since 1991. A Post-Doctoral Fellow in Israel and a Commonwealth Fellow at Oxford University, Dr. Choudhary has written extensively on issues of Indian politics and comparative politics, which have been published not only as books, but also as research papers in various national and international journals. Dr. Reenu Gupta is currently Assistant Professor at Shyam Lal College (Evening), University of Delhi, India. She has published several research papers in journals and magazines of national and international repute. She has worked on an innovation project under a grant from University of Delhi which has recently taken the shape of an edited book, titled Consumption Culture, Market and Childhood (in Hindi), published by Apple Books, Delhi.
