作者簡介
Ozgur Heval Cinar received his PhD from University of Essex, UK. An academic visitor (TUBITAK Postdoctoral Research Fellow) in Oxford University's Faculty of Law, UK, he is also a lawyer and serves as a legal expert for the Council of Europe.
