作者簡介
Yann Joly is a Lawyer and an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University, Canada as well as a research fellow from the Fonds de la recherche en sante du Quebec and a researcher at the Centre de recherche en droit public at the University of Montreal.
Bartha Maria Knoppers holds the Canada Research Chair in Law and Medicine. She is Director of the Centre of Genomics and Policy, Faculty of Medicine at McGill University, Canada.
