Jewish by birth and an eminent pathologist, Dr Martin Israel had a long and illustrious career as a priest in the Anglican Church. He was a prolific Christian author, leader of retreats, counselor and spiritual director to many souls. He had a long standing interest in psychic phenomena and the afterlife.
