Despite increasing interest in the spiritual implications of work, employment and organizations, there has been little research linking biblically-based principles to the study of organizational practices.Biblical Perspectives on Leadership and Organizations integrates findings from contemporary research to address this gap in the literature by examining motives and spiritual leadership from a biblical perspective.
