作者簡介
Jack Hicks is a social research consultant and a university and college lecturer.Graham White is professor emeritus in the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto. He is the author or editor of dozens of books, includingCycling into Saigon: The Conservative Transition in Ontario (coauthored with David R. Cameron) andCabinets and First Ministers.
