作者簡介
Neil Perry is one of Australia's most influential chefs. He has managed several award-winning restaurants, and today concentrates on his flagship brand, the Rockpool Group. Neil has been creating menus for Quantas since 1997, redefining in-flight dining and service. He is the author of Balance and Harmony, Good Food Easy Weekends, andRockpool Bar & Grill.
