作者簡介
Peter Nadin is an independent researcher based in Sydney, Australia. He has worked previously as a project associate at the United Nations University (UNU) in Tokyo, and interned with UNU-ISP and the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations, Security Sector Reform (SSR) Unit.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Social Science/Arts (Hons) and a PhD from the University of Western Sydney. His thesis focused on the agency of the UN Security Council.
