Manufacturing and service organizations of all sizes must learn to problem solve or they will not survive. Ralph R. Pawlak earned an industrial engineering degree from General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan and a master of education degree from the University of Buffalo. He served in various manufacturing and quality manager positions at various facilities in Buffalo, New York; Tonawanda, New York; Danville, Illinois; and Romulus, Michigan. He also held positions in quality assurance at Fisher-Price, Vibratech Inc. and Continental automotive.
