Editors Schill, Tams, and Hofmann present readers with a collection of academic and expert contributions on the relationship between contemporary international investment law and global development. The editors have organized the fifteen contributions that make up the main body of the text in four parts devoted to the relationship between law and development, conceptual linkages between international investment law and development, development and self-determination, and development and social inclusion.
