Cornie Huizenga is the Head of the Secretariat of the Clean Air Initiative for Asian Cities (CAI-Asia) based at the Asian Development Bank, Manila. Wha-Jin Han is a Vice President and General Director of the Policy Research Group at the Korea Environment Institute, Seoul. Herbert Fabian is a sustainable urban transport specialist.
