This supplemental text allows instructors and students to add a MatLab content to a complex variables course. This book seeks to create a bridge between functions of a complex variable and MATLAB. Every math department teaches a course in Complex Variables, often taken by engineering students. Complex variable theory is about half of a required course in advanced engineering mathematics, methods of mathematical physics. Professors may find and assign MATLAB programming problems that will strengthen the student’s knowledge of not only that language but the concepts of complex variable theory.
作者簡介
A. David Wunsh is Professor Emertius, Electrical and Computer Engineering, at University of Massachusetts Lowell. He holds a PhD from Harvard University.
