The original light novel (manga) series, Oreimo, was originally published in North America by Dark Horse, as was the spin-off,Oreimo: Kuroneko. It also inspired a television anime series in 2010 and a second season in 2013. This anthology is based upon Oreimo novel series by Tsukasa Fushimi

Tsukasa Fushimi is a Japanese author of light novels. He made his debut in 2006 with the novel seriesJusanbanme no Alice. This was followed in 2008 by his well-known novel series Oreimo, which spawned a media franchise encompassing multiple manga, anime and video game adaptations. In 2013, Fushimi began writing his novel seriesEro Manga Sensei. The author lives in Japan.
