This volume in the ALLC series offers current and soon-to-be professionals in the ESL / EFL field a comprehensive guide to how to make the best use of technology to enhance the English language learning experience. Originally from Queens, New York, Leo entered the field more than 20 years ago. Over the years, he has worked as a teacher, program administrator and director, project manager, proficiency rater/examiner, and consultant. In the area of educational technology, he has led the design, development, and successful implementation of online language learning platforms for diverse constituents, including a large international telecommunications company and a network of international universities. He has also instituted large-scale, nationwide blended learning programs for government agencies as well as technology-centred curricula at several language centres. Leo has authored/co-authored more than 20 publications and regularly presents at international conferences.
