《大學英語系列教材:大學英語聽說(第4冊)(學生用書)(第三版)》共十六個單元，設八個話題。十六個單元后提供兩套綜合試題。書末附錄提供課文聽力訓練的音帶原文及練習答案。每單元設A、B、C、D四個部分：Part A“微技能訓練”，這部分提供兩個練習，旨在幫助學生獲取重要的交際能力和掌握多種聽力技能。Part B“語篇訓練”，這部分提供兩篇聽力材料。Part C“口語訓練”，這部分的口語活動重點是培養學生的連貫表達能力。Part D“課外聽力訓練”，這部分提供兩篇與課文同一話題的聽力材料及練習，供學生課外自學。
