作者簡介
David Heber is the Founding Director of the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition at the University of California, Los Angeles. After graduating from UCLA Magna Cum Laude in Chemistry in 1969 and from Harvard Medical School in 1973, he completed his internship at Beth Israel Hospital and his residency and fellowship training at Harbor General Hospital in Torrance, California. He completed his Ph.D. in Physiology at UCLA in 1978. Dr. Heber has been on the faculty of the UCLA School of Medicine since 1978 and is currently Emeritus Professor of Medicine and Public Health and the Founding Chief of the Division of Clinical Nutrition in the Department of Medicine.
