Deborah Shaw Lewis holds a master's degree in early childhood education and has worked as a daycare director, kindergarten teacher, and college instructor in child care. A member of the Southern Order of Storytellers and the National Storytelling Association, she also wrote (with her husband) the book Motherhood Stress and a four-book series on storytelling. She lives in Georgia. Gregg Lewis has authored or coauthored more than twenty-five books, including When You Were a Baby; New York Times bestseller Tom Landry: An Autobiography; The Hurting Parent; and Major League Dad. He has also written hundreds of magazine articles which have appeared in publications such as Today's Christian Woman, Redbook, Cosmopolitan, and Reader's Digest. He lives in Georgia.
